  ·        At “ Fina”  we are dedicated to providing you with seamless ITR filing services without any notice worries. Our team of expert professionals ensures that your tax returns are filed accurately and promptly to avoid any issues with the tax authorities.
  ·        If, by any chance, you receive a notice from the tax department due to errors in our filing, rest assured that we will take full responsibility and address the matter on your behalf. Our team will work diligently to rectify any mistakes and liaise with the ITD  to resolve the issue promptly, at no additional cost to you.
  ·        However, it is essential to understand that the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to us are crucial for the smooth processing of your tax returns. If there are any discrepancies or missing details in the information you provide, and this leads to a notice from the tax department, any penalties or fines arising from such incomplete information will need to be borne by you, our valued client.

5.    Disclaimer of Warranties
