Cancellation Policy for Services

a. Cancellation within the Specified Notice Period: If you cancel or reschedule within the specified notice period, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

 b. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you fail to provide the required notice or do not show up for the scheduled service without prior notification, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the type and duration of the service booked.

2.    Refund Policy

a. Cancellation within the Specified Notice Period: If you cancel or reschedule within the specified notice period, any payments made will be fully refunded to you.

 b. Late Cancellation or No-Show: In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the cancellation fee will be deducted from any payments made, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

3.    Cancellation Process

 To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us as soon as possible. You can contact us through the provided channels of communication or follow the cancellation procedure outlined in the service agreement.

Please provide relevant details such as your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation to assist us in processing your request promptly.

As some services like filing Income Tax Returns need to be attempted quickly, you are required to inform us within the stipulated time / stage of the process.

4.    Force Majeure In certain circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services without any liability. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and offer alternative options or a refund.

5.    Amendments to the Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to modify or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website or providing notice to you. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
